A couple of weeks ago I wrote about my rediscovery of Find A Grave and how I requested photos of headstones for some of my ancestors. Shortly after writing that post, I checked back and discovered headstone photos of every single one I requested. I guess it was helpful they were all buried in a family plot in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Reuben and Harriet Cone were my 3rd great grandparents; and Sidney and Kate Cone were my 2nd great grandparents - all on the maternal side. There are three other photos I will save for a future Tombstone Tuesday.
I'm so grateful to the volunteers who took these photos because I don't know when I would next get to Colorado to take them myself.
